Our Services

Carrus24 is an online marketplace where professional car dealers can offer vehicles to private buyers. Carrus24 acts as an intermediary and is not a party to vehicle sales. We provide search functionality, vehicle information display, contact facilities, and administrative tools for dealers.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Carrus24 reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to post false or misleading information, disrupt the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

Carrus24 reserves the right to terminate any use that violates these terms or applicable law.

Vehicle Listings

Professional dealers are fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information in their listings. Carrus24 does not systematically review listings, but reserves the right to remove content that is incorrect, misleading, or unlawful.

Dealers warrant that they have the right to sell the vehicles they list and that the vehicle information accurately reflects reality.

Transactions

Carrus24 is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. All agreements are concluded directly between the buyer and the dealer. Carrus24 accepts no liability for the execution of transactions, the quality of vehicles, or any disputes between parties.

Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the platform, including design, software, texts, logos, and graphic elements, are owned by MaFa IT-Consultancy BV. Nothing on the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Carrus24 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of content. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall the liability of MaFa IT-Consultancy BV exceed the subscription amount paid by you over the preceding twelve months.

Privacy and Data Protection

Carrus24 processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, the courts of the district of Limburg (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

Changes

Carrus24 reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
